高职机械类专业顶岗实习的研究与实践

Research and practice of mechanical majors' post practice in higher vocational colleges

以吉林化工学院航空学院机械类各专业的顶岗实习环节为例,首先阐述了高职机械类专业顶岗实习的管理模式,然后与顶岗实习现状进行对比,发现存在的问题,指出了产生这些问题的原因,并提出了具体的解决对策。旨在为高职机械类各专业顶岗实习工作开展提供借鉴。

This paper takes Jilin University of Chemical Technology as an example.First of all,it expounds the management mode of postgraduate internship in vocational colleges,then it compares the current practice with the previous one and found out the problems. The reasons for the problems are analyzed and suggestions are given with the aim of providing the reference for other mechanical majors' work in higher vocational colleges.
