摘要
综合考虑颗粒形貌及金属离子掺杂对M型铁氧体磁性能的影响,通过调变掺杂量及前驱体焙烧温度,采用溶胶/凝胶-自蔓延法制备得到微米级片状Zn/Ti掺杂M型钡铁氧体。所制备的Zn/Ti掺杂M型钡铁氧体颗粒呈明显近六角片状,径向尺寸约为0.5~2.5μm,径厚比约为3.5~8.5,经合成条件优化后其饱和磁化强度Ms可达65.5emu·g^(-1)。
With the influence of particle morphology and metal ion doping on the M type ferrite magnetic,micron flake Zn/Ti doped M type barium ferrite was prepared by sol-gel propagation method via modulating doping amount and precursor calcination tempera-ture. Based on optimization of synthesis conditions,the preparation of zinc/Ti doped M type barium ferrite particles show nearly hexagonal morphology,particle size of 0. 5~2. 5μm,ra-dius-thickness ratio of 3. 5~8. 5,and Ms of 65. 50 emu·g-1 .
