双管霰弹枪单扳机双电击发机构设计与仿真

摘要 针对采用电点火击发的双管霰弹枪,考虑到缺少与之相适配的电击发机构,设计了一种可方便移植到各种双管霰弹枪实现顺序击发的、模块化的单扳机双电击发机构,建立基于回转块两个时期的运动微分方程。应用ADAMS软件对机构进行运动仿真,比较关键部件回复簧在不同刚度系数下对机构运动的影响。随着刚度系数的增加,机构运动克服摩擦力的能力更加突出,机构的平顺性得以提升,仿真结果表明该机构的设计可行,为双管霰弹枪的击发机构设计提供了一种新思路。 To solve the problem that double-barreled shotguns are short of supporting firing mechanism ,a sequential firing modular and single trigger electric double firing mechanism is designed,which can be easily transplanted to all kinds of double-barreled shotguns. Differen-tial equation of motion based on two periods of rotary block is established. Using the AD-AMS software,the single trigger electric double firing mechanism movement is simulated the key parameters of the recovery spring stiffness coefficient change on the influence of mechanism motion are compared. With the increases of stiffness coefficient,mechanism mo-tion is smooth,but after turning the collision also increases,finally the simulation results show that the mechanism of the design is feasible,for a double-barreled shotgun firing mechanism design provides a new way of thinking.
