摘要
培育具备"工匠精神"的人才,体现了社会对职业技能追求极致的要求。高职教育应端正自身的地位和作用,从创新机制着手,切实加强校企合作,化解校企文化冲突。在分析工匠精神培养遭遇困境的基础上,系统阐述工匠精神培育对技能型人才培养的要求,从营造氛围、浸润风气、深化制度、渲染文化4个维度探讨了培育匠才的有效途径。
Cultivating talents with " craftsmanship spirit" embodies the extreme demands of the society for professional skills. Higher vocational education should correct its position and function, effectively strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises starting from the innovation mechanism and dissolve the cultural conflicts between colleges and enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the dilemma experienced by craftsmanship spirit, this paper expounds systematically the requirements of craftsmanship spirit training for skilled talents, and probes into the effective ways to cultivate craftsmen from four dimensions of creating atmosphere, infiltrating climate, deepening system and rendering culture.
