Based on the comprehensive analysis of the problems faced by the innovation and entrepreneur education in higher vocational colleges, taking successful experience of electromechanical professional development in Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as background, the paper puts forward a new pattern suitable for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, with a certain degree of universality. The perfect education of innovation and entrepreneurship and make the higher vocational students have the consciousness of starting an undertaking, professional technical ability and management ability, which lays a good foundation for their future career development.
