摘要
绑扎桥在集装箱船中具有重要意义,而导滑柱是绑扎桥的重要组成部分,直接影响绑扎桥的产品质量、制作周期及外形美观。针对导滑柱结构在绑扎桥制作中的重要性,对导滑柱的结构进行产品优化研究,即利用改变导滑结构来控制因柱体变形所带来的施工问题,提高导滑柱的产品质量,缩短制作周期,改变成品外观,同时降低生产费用,实现降本增效。
The lashing bridge is of great significance in a container ship, and the sliding guide pillar is an important part of the lashing bridge, which directly influences the product quality, production cycle and beautiful appearance of the lashing bridge. In view of the importance of sliding guide pillar structure in the building of the lashing bridge, the optimization research on the structure of sliding guide pillar is carried out, that is, by changing the sliding guide structure, to control construction problems caused by the deformation of the pillar, so as to improve the product quality, shorten production cycle, change appearance of the finished products, reduce production costs and achieve costs reducing and efficiency increasing.
