摘要
焊缝超声波检测除了确定焊接接头中缺陷的位置和大小外,还应尽可能判定缺陷的性质。缺陷定性是一个很复杂的问题,实际检测中常常是根据经验,结合工件的加工工艺、缺陷特征、缺陷波形和底波情况来分析缺陷的性质。通过对一些典型的非缺陷回波案例的实验和计算方法进行分析,总结非缺陷回波的验证与识别方法,避免在探伤中对焊缝质量造成误判。
In addition to determining the position and size of the defects in the welded joint, ultrasonic testing should also determine the nature of the defects as much as possible. Defect qualitative is a very complex issue. In practice, the nature of the defect is often analyzed based on experience, combined with the machining process of the workpiece, the defect characteristics, the defect waveform and the bottom wave. By analyzing the experiment and calculation methods of some typical non -defect echo cases, the methods of verification and identification of non-defect echo is summarized to avoid misjudgment of weld quality during the flaw detection.
