高职院青年英语教师教学能力提升研究

Research on Improving the Teaching Ability of Young English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

青年英语教师是高职院英语教学的骨干力量,其教学能力直接关乎高职院教学质量和教学效果。通过对高职院青年英语教师的教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学管控能力、教学反思能力、科研与创新能力五个方面进行调查,弄清了高职院青年英语教师教学现状,并提出了相应的对策,以期提高教学质量与效果,为培养符合社会需求的高技能、高素质人才做出贡献。

Young English teachers are the backbone of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and their teaching ability is directly related to the teaching quality and teaching effect of higher vocational colleges. This paper conducts investigation from the five aspects of teaching design ability, teaching implementation ability, teaching control ability, teaching reflection ability, research and innovation ability, analyzes the teaching current situation of young English teachers in higher vocational colleges, and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to improve teaching quality and teaching effectiveness and contribute to the cultivation of high-skilled and high-quality talents in line with the needs of society.
