曲安奈德克林霉素搽剂治疗痤疮的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide and clindamycin liniment in the treatment of acne

目的探讨曲安奈德克林霉素搽剂治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法 240例痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各120例。治疗组给予外涂曲安奈德克林霉素搽剂配合口服药物治疗。对照组给予外涂盐酸左氧氟沙星乳膏治疗。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效及病情程度与疗效的关系。结果治疗组患者治疗显愈率为91.67%,高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不同病情程度患者治疗显愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中度及重度病情患者治疗显愈率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德克林霉素搽剂治疗痤疮疗效可靠,对中度及重度病情患者也具有很好的治疗效果,显愈率高,副作用小,经济又安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide and clindamycin liniment in the treatment of acne.Methods A total of 240 acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 120 cases in each group.The treatment group received external application of triamcinolone acetonide and clindamycin liniment and oral drug therapy,and the control group received external application of levofloxacin hydrochloride cream.Observation and comparison were made on clinical efficacy and correlation between disease severity and efficacy in two groups.Results The treatment group had higher treatment effective rate as 91.67% than 56.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The treatment group had statistically significant difference in treatment effective rate of patients with different disease severity（P0.05）.The treatment group had higher treatment effective rate of patients with moderate and severe disease than the the control group,and their difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide and clindamycin liniment is reliable in treating acne,and it shows excellent treatment effect for patients with moderate and severe disease,and it provides high effective rate,small side effect and economic security.
