摘要
分析了国内外乳化炸药乳化器的发展现状及趋势。设计了乳化炸药全静态乳化器。对全静态乳化器的流场数值进行了模拟分析,对水相射入速度为10、15、20 m/s和25 m/s时内部流场情况进行了仿真对比和生产试验。结果表明:采用水相对射的方式,有利于油水相的混合;随着水相射入速度的提高,湍动能强度逐渐增大,油相分散得也更加均匀,有利于乳化。
Development and trend of emulsion explosive emulsifier at home and abroad were analyzed. A full static emulsifier for emulsion explosive was designed. Flow fields in this full static emulsifier at various injection velocity of water phase of 10 m/s,15 m/s,20 m/s and 25 m/s were numerically simulated and compared. The production experiments were also carried out. Results show that the relative firing of water facilitates the mixing of oil and water phases. As the injection rate of water phase increases,the intensity of turbulent kinetic energy increases gradually,and the oil phase is dispersed more evenly,which is beneficial to emulsification.
