摘要
法舒地尔作为一种Rho激酶(Rho-associated Kinases,ROCK)抑制剂,目前,临床应用主要集中于缺血性脑血管痉挛、蛛网膜下腔出血、慢性脑缺血等的防治。ROCK激酶已被证实在自身免疫和炎症反应的信号通路中发挥着一定作用,而组织器官纤维化病变多为由脏器的损伤并伴有炎症和过度修复所导致。随着Rho激酶抑制剂法舒地尔药理作用的不断深入研究,大量研究报道表明,法舒地尔在某些组织器官纤维化病程中,能够抑制相关炎性因子的产生和表达,进而减轻纤维化程度,表现出一定的抗纤维化作用。
Fasudil,a Rho kinase inhibitor,is mainly used for the treatment of ischemic cerebral vasospasm,subarachnoid hemorrhage,and chronic cerebral ischemia currently. Rho-associated kinases( ROCK) has been shown to play a role in signaling pathways of autoimmunity and inflammation. Fibrosis of organs is mostly caused by injury of organs accompanied by inflammation and excessive repair. With the continuous study on Rho kinase inhibitor Fasudil's pharmacological effects,a large number of studies indicated that Fasudil can inhibit the production and expression inflammatory factors,reduce the degree of fibrosis,showed a certain anti-fibrosis effect in some cases.
