采空区超高水材料巷旁支护沿空留巷技术应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源采出率、减少巷道掘进量、降低煤炭生产成本,同时又不对地面建筑物造成破坏。通过对城郊煤矿C2405综采充填工作面地质条件及生产技术条件的分析,提出在充填开采条件下依靠超高水材料巷旁支护和巷内补强支护等工艺实现沿空留巷的方法。应用表明,工作面受采动及充填影响时,确定合理的巷道补强支护强度和巷旁充填体支护强度,并根据沿空留巷矿压显现规律确定合理的支护时机和支护范围,能够将巷道变形控制在合理范围内,实现充填开采条件下的沿空留巷,满足建筑物下压煤开采的需要。 In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,reduce the amount of roadway drivage,reduce the coal production cost,at the same time without causing any destroy impact on the ground buildings.By analyzing geological conditions and production specifications of C2405 fully-mechanized and filling face in Chengjiao Coal Mine,put forward to the method of realizing gob-side entry retaining with the help of super-high water material roadside support and supplement support under the condition of filling mining.Practical application show that working face affected by mining and filling,determining reasonable reinforcement of roadway supporting strength and the supporting strength of filling bodys beside roadways,determining reasonable support time and scope according to the laws of the mine pressure appear along roadway,can control the roadway deformation in the reasonable scope,to realize gob-side entry returning under the condition of filling mining,to meet the needs of coal mining under buildings.
