摘要
超声速换热装置是对一种超声速换热撞击机理进行研究,寻求合理的换热装置结构形式,通过分析换热过程各阶段机理及流动特性,以确定换热装置的结构特性对汽水交换过程的影响,采用最新的两相流技术开发的变声速增压换热装置。按照热力学第二定律,该装置可以在热能损失最小的情况下直接完成热能到动能的转换,不需要动力和电力的驱动来实现热交换,对环境没有影响,同时也起着泵的作用。该装置外表上看去像一个简单的"三通"管道,但是在这个管道的内部却蕴含着节约能源的关键。
Supersonic heat exchanger was a heat exchange apparatus structure which studied the mechanism of supersonic heat exchange impingement and sought a reasonable form of heat exchanger structure,through the analysis of the mechanism of each stage and the flow characteristics in the heat transfer process,to determine the impact on stream water exchange process of heat exchanger structural characteristics,using the tanssonic device which developed from latest two-phase flow technology to improve heat exchanger.In accordance with the second law of thermodynamics,the apparatus can be used in the case of the minimum heat loss directly to complete the conversion,of the thermal energy to the kinetic energy,which means that it was not driven by power or electricity to achieve the performance of heat exchange,does not have any impact on the environment,and also played a pump.The appearance of the device looks like a simple " three links" pipeline,but it contained the key of energy conservation in the interior of the pipe.
