三通集箱内静压分布的数值模拟

摘要 为了解决大容量电站锅炉过热器、再热器的超温爆管事故,采用数值模拟的方法来分析过热器进口三通集箱的静压分布,并针对三通集箱结构提出具体的改进方案。研究结果表明:在进口集箱三通附近存在涡流区,集箱正对引入管的区域静压最高,远离三通的区域,静压分布与轴向引入、引出方式规律基本一致。倒圆角三通集箱模型与直角三通集箱模型相比,集箱内静压明显升高并且分布更为均匀。 In order to solve tube burst accident due to overtemperature occurring in large utility boiler superheater and reheater, numerical simulation was conducted to analyze the static pressure distribution o f the T-joint header and particular schemes aimed at improving the header structure were proposed. The results show that there are vortexes in the zone near the inlet T-joint distribution header. The highest static pressure appears in the branch that is right opposite to the centerline of the inlet tube. The static pressure distribution in the zones far from the inlet T-joint is similar to that of the header with steam flowing in and out axially. Compared with rectangular models, the static pressure of filleted T-joint headers was significantly increased and the distribution was more uniform.
