南宁市城市土地集约利用评价研究

Study on Urban Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation in Nanning City

土地集约利用评价是城市土地集约利用的重要组成部分,开展城市土地集约利用评价明晰影响城市土地集约利用的障碍因素,为城市土地集约利用提供依据。本文从土地利用结构、土地利用程度、土地投入程度、土地利用效益、土地集约化趋势等五个方面,选取了17个指标来构建南宁市城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用线性加权求和模型对南宁市市区2004—2014年土地利用集约程度进行评价。结果表明:南宁市城市土地处于一般集约利用阶段,集约利用水平总体呈上升的状态。最后从产业结构调整、转变土地管理模式、加强土地规划利用管理、加强土地监督监测四个方面提出了对策建议,为南宁市土地集约利用提供科学依据。

Evaluation of land intensive utilization is an important part of urban land intensive utiii-zation in carrying out the urban land intensive utilization evaluation to clear the obstacle factors influ-encing the urban land intensive utilization, p ro v id in g th e basis for u rb a n la n d in te n s iv e u t i l iz a t io n . Based on the land use structure, lan d use d egree, la n d in v e s tme n t d e g re e, la n d use e f f ic ie n c y f romfive aspects,such as intensive trend from 17 indicators to build Nanning urban land intensive utiliza-tion evaluation index system,using the linear weighted sum model of land use from 2004 to 2014 in Nanning city intensive degree evaluation. The results showed that the general stage of Nsive utilization of urban land and the state of a rise in intensive utilization level as a whole. The last is the shift from industrial structure adjustment and land management mode,the strengthening of land use management planning and land supervision and monitoring from four aspects putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions,all of which provide scientific basis for Nanning city land intensive utilization.
