Analysis of the History of the Standardization of the Political Life in the Communist Party of China

规范党内政治生活是中国共产党立党、兴党、强党的重要法宝。中国共产党规范党内政治生活的探索与实践主要经历了三个历史阶段,并呈现出不同的阶段性特征。中国共产党在规范党内政治生活的历史进程中积累了宝贵经验,主要包括:在思想认识上明确党内政治生活的战略地位是前提条件;充分发挥党员干部的模范带头作用是核心要求;真正发挥民主监督在党内政治生活中的作用是关键环节;建设良好的党内政治文化是应有之义;加强党内政治生活制度化建设是根本保障。当前,中国特色社会主义进入新时代。加快形成覆盖党的领导和党的建设各方面的党内法规制度体系,积极推进马克思主义法治型执政党建设,是进一步规范党内政治生活的时代要求。

The standardization of the political life within the party is an important magic weapon for the Communist Party to build and develop the party. The exploration and practice of standardizing the political life of the party mainly experienced three historical phases which show- respective periodic characteristics. This process accumulates precious experience for our party, mainly including： clarifying the strategic position of the standardization in the political life of the party is the prerequisite; to fully exert the senior mem-bers＇ exemplary role is the core requirement; to truly play the role of the inner party democratic supervision on party＇s political life is the key; to found a productive inner party＇s political culture is a natural development; to strengthen the institutionalization of the politi-cal life is the fundamental guarantee. At present,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. To speed up the for-mation of inner party regulation system covering all aspects of party leadership and party building,and actively promoting Marx＇s rule of law ruling party＇s construction is the further requirement to standardize the party＇s political life.
