宋代官宅即指政府拥有产权的居住房屋,它有多种类型,包括中央与地方官员的官邸,兼具值宿功能的衙署官舍,皇帝或朝廷的特赐官邸,政府承租的公用官屋,以及安置灾民居住的公有住房等。各类型的官宅有着不同的功能和作用,为正常的政务运行提供了物质保障。宋代官宅的修建和维护有较为明确的原则,无论是朝廷还是地方政府都比较注重官宅衙署的修缮,并有多种经费保障,以往对宋代"官不修衙"的认识存在片面性。

The official residence of Song Dynasty refers to the house on which the government owns property rights. It has varieties of types,including the residence of central and local officials,the government house with the function of working on duty,the official mansions specially granted by the emperor or the court,the government- rented public houses,and the houses to resettle victims. Vari-ous types of official houses have different functions, providing material guarantee for the normal operation of government affairs. The building and maintenance of the official residences in Song Dynasty had relatively clear principles to follow. Both the court and local government paid much attention to the restoration of the official residences,and provided many funding guarantees. Therefore,the rec-ognition that n the government doesn＇t repair the official housen in Song Dynasty is one-sided.
