急诊有限开放内固定联合外固定支架治疗胫骨远端闭合骨折

Limited open internal fixation combined with external fixator for the treatment of distal tibial fractures

目的观察急诊有限开放内固定联合外固定支架治疗胫骨远端闭合骨折的疗效。方法对57例胫骨远端闭合骨折患者行有限开放内固定联合外固定支架治疗。结果患者均获得随访,时间9~24个月;55例骨折正常愈合,时间7~13个月;2例延迟愈合,分别于术后20、22个月愈合。末次随访按Johner-Wruh评分标准评定疗效:优38例,良15例,中4例,优良率93%。结论急诊有限开放内固定联合外固定支架治疗胫骨远端闭合骨折的疗效确切。

Objective To observe the application effect of emergency limited open internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of closed fractures of the distal tibia.Methods The 57 cases of distal tibial fractures were treated with limited open internal fixation combined with external fixator.Results All patients were followed up for 9~24 months.The 55 patients got fracture healing in 7~13 months;2 cases were delayed union , and they were healed at 20, 22 months after operation respectively.At the final follow-up,according to the Johner-Wruh evaluation standard, the results were excellent in 38 cases, good in 15, fair in 4,and the excellent-good rate was 93%.Conclusions The effect is satisfactory for emergency limited open internal fixation combined with external fixator in the treatment of closed fractures of the distal tibia.
