党要团结带领人民进行伟大斗争、推进伟大事业、实现伟大梦想,必须坚持党要管党、全面从严治党,确保党的领导更加坚强有力。中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,全党要坚持问题导向,保持战略定力,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。新时代推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,要把党建工作与中心工作、思想建党与制度治党、依法治国与依规治党、抓住"关键少数"与管好"最大多数"、治标与治本、严守纪律与基层创新、党内监督与党外监督结合起来,为夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利提供坚强政治保证。

In order to unite and lead people to carry out the great struggle,to promote the great cause,to realize the great dreams,the Party should conduct comprehensive and strict self-governance to strengthen its leadership.As the ssocialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the whole party should adhere to the orientation of problem solving,maintain the strategic strength,and promote comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in depths. To politically guarantee the success of the Socialism with the Chinese Characteristics in the new era,such elements should be combined： the building of the Party with the Party ＇s central mission;ideological building of the Party with the governance of the Party by principles; governing the nation according to rules and governing the Party according to rules; mastering the key minority with managing the maximum majority; taking temporary solution with effecting a permanent cure; strictly abiding by discipline with grassroots innovation; supervision inside the Party with oversight outside the Party.
