区域水污染密集型制造业的类型识别及发展路径——以江苏省水污染密集型制造业为例

Types identification for regional water pollution-intensive manufacturing industry and development path: case of water pollution-intensive manufacturing industry in Jiangsu

随着区域经济快速发展,水环境恶化问题日益严重。水污染与区域水污染密集型制造业高度集聚密不可分。通过规模指数和强度指数两个维度,将水污染密集型制造业划分为超强水污染密集型、规模水污染密集型、强度水污染密集型和较弱水污染密集型等4种类型。并利用江苏省制造业各行业数据进行计算,得到江苏省超强水污染密集型和规模水污染密集型制造行业均属于集聚程度较高的范围。最后从促进产业转移、加强环境规制和增加产品附加价值等方面提出水污染密集型制造业的发展路径。

With the rapid development of regional economy, the deterioration of water environment is becoming more and moreserious. Water pollution is closely related to regional water pollution - intensive manufacturing mensions of scale index and intensity index, water pollution - intensive manufacturing industry is dividwater pollution, scale water pollution, intensive water pollution and weak water pollution. By using the data of the manufacturingindustries in Jiangsu Province , it is found that super water pollution type and scale water pollution type manufacturing industriesbelong to the high degree of agglomeration. Finally , from the aspects of promoting industryregulation and increasing the added value of products , the development path of water tries is put forward.
