摘要
针对传统钢套箱吸能效果不明显的问题,设计了一种Y形夹层结构桥梁防船撞设施.建立防撞设施和船舶有限元模型,并对船舶撞击防撞设撞过程进行数值模拟.基于数值仿真分析结果,通过对比传统钢套箱和新型夹层结构防撞设施的耐撞性、结构损伤、撞击力折减.结果表明,新型夹层结构具有更好的耐撞性,撞击力对撞击位置不敏感,具有良好的防撞效果.
Since the traditional steel boxed cofferdams for the protection of bridge pier have the disadvantage of absorbing energy,a new Y-shape sandwich structure is designed.First,the FE models of Y-shape sandwich structure and vessel are modeled to simulate the process of collision between the protective structure and vessel.According to the numerical results,the crashworthiness,damage and reduction of impact force acting on the bridge pier are compared between the traditional steel boxed cofferdams and new Y-shape sandwich protective structures.The results show that the designed Yshape sandwich structure can provide better crashworthiness and has less sensitive to the impact position.
