摘要
瓠瓜为葫芦科葫芦属一年生蔓性草本植物,古时以其老熟干燥果壳作容器,也作药用。在中国南北各地均有栽培,南方栽培普遍,近几年北方也开始引种栽培。瓠瓜营养丰富,含有多种氨基酸、维生素及微量元素等,本文主要介绍了瓠瓜的特征特性,分析了它的价值,并总结瓠瓜的栽培管理技术。
As the gourd Cucurbitaceae lagenaria annual vine herbaceous plant, with its ancient mature dry shell as a container, also used medicinally in Chinese around the North and South are cultivated, cultivated widely in recent years, and it also began the introduction and cultivation in the north of China.
