我国硫资源的工业代谢与循环经济

Industrial metabolism and circular economy of sulphur resources in China

介绍了我国硫的工业代谢系统,包括硫的来源、硫的加工、硫的消费和硫的环境消纳等四大环节。目前我国硫生产和进口量约81.5 Mt,硫加工量约48.3 Mt,硫消费量约43.5 Mt,环境消纳硫约18 Mt。分析了我国硫资源构成、硫的工业代谢、硫资源的综合利用及循环经济。未来提高化石能源硫磺回收率及火电厂烟气、废硫酸、工业废石膏中硫资源的回收率将是行业的发展趋势。

The industrial metabolism system in China including sources of sulphur,sulphur processing sulphur consumption,sulphur environment consumption four links are introduced. At present,China's sulphur production and imports is about 81. 5 Mt,sulphur processing 48. 3 Mt,sulphur consumption 43. 5 Mt,sulphur environment consumption 18 Mt. The composition of sulphur resources,industrial metabolism of sulphur,comprehensive utilization of sulphur resources and recycling economy are analyzed. In the future,increasing the sulphur recovery rate of fossil energy and recovery rate of sulphur in flue gas,waste sulphuric acid and industrial waste gypsum will be the development trend of the industry.
