摘要
详细分析了硫铁矿制酸装置各工序产生的热量及目前硫酸厂热量回收利用的现状,阐述了一种热回收利用方案。100 kt/a硫铁矿制酸可增产中压蒸汽40 kt/a,低压蒸汽19 kt/a,节约除氧蒸汽29.6 kt/a,节约循环水8.24 Mt/a,每年可增收1 168万元。
The heat generated from each unit operation of the pyrite sulphuric acid plant and the current situation of heat recovery and reutilization were described elaboratively. A high-efficiency heat recovery and reutilization scheme is proposed. Following the proposed scheme,the 100 kt/a pyrite sulphuric acid plant can increase the production of medium pressure steam by 40 kt/a and low pressure steam by 19 kt/a,save steam consumption used for oxygen removal by 29. 6 kt/a and water consumption used for circulation by8. 24 Mt/a,and increase revenue by 11. 68 million yuan per year.
