摘要
以冶炼烟气制酸产生的酸泥为研究对象,试验研究得出酸泥中掺入FMH、KZF、化学添加剂A便能形成固化体;将固化体置于模拟恶劣自然条件中之后,测出固化体浸出液含砷质量浓度为0.026 mg/L,低于国家排放标准限值0.5 mg/L;SEM显示固化体内部整体结构良好;XRD分析表明固化体中形成了-Al-O-Al-As-、-Si-O-Si-As-、-Al-O-Si-As-化学长链,该类化学结构属于类陶瓷结构,具有化学稳定、高强的特性。
The investigation on the acid sludge resulted from the smelting flue gas sulphuric acid production demonstrated that a solidified material could be formed when the acid sludge was mixed with FMH,KZF,and the additive A. When the solidified material was placed under a condition mimic the harsh environment,the arsenic leached out from the material was 0. 026 mg/L,lower than0. 5 mg/L,the national standard for arsenic discharge. The SEM showed a good internal structure of the solidified material. The analysis by XRD showed that the solidified material contains chemical long chains,such as-Al-O-Al-As-,Si-O-Si-As-and-Al-O-Si-As-.These long chains are ceramic-like structures which show high chemical stability and high strength.
