摘要
详细介绍了浙江某铜业公司一期400 kt/a和二期800 kt/a硫酸装置干吸串酸流程及特点。通过比较分析指出两者各自的优缺点,二期串酸流程在解决二吸塔出口SO_2含量高、减小设备规格、适应进制酸系统SO_2浓度及净化出口烟气温度波动等方面更有优势。结合2种串酸流程的优点,提出更经济合理的串酸流程以满足大规模硫酸生产的需求。
The dry-absorbing processes applied in the first stage 400 kt/a and second stage 800 kt/a of sulphuric acid plant in Zhejiang Copper Company are described in detail. Comparison and analysis showed the pros and cons of the two processes. The two stage series acid process has more advantages in solving the second absorption tower outlet SO2 content,reducing the equipment specification,adapting to the SO2 concentration of the acid system and purifying the outlet flue gas temperature fluctuation. A more economical and reasonable tandem acid process combined the merits of the two processes is proposed to meet the demand of large-scale sulphuric acid production.
