介绍了废硫酸裂解制酸工艺的原理、技术特点及实践应用情况,针对运行中存在的问题采取有效解决措施。该装置处理乙炔清净后产生的w(H_2SO_4)85%废硫酸,通过裂解使废硫酸中的水、有机物及固体杂质得到彻底处理,产品为w(H_2SO_4)98%的优级品浓硫酸。
The principle,technical characteristics and the practice of the waste sulphuric acid pyrolysis in sulphuric acid production are introduced. Effective measures to solve the problems in operation are taken. The waste sulphuric acid generated after the treatment of acetylene contains 85% H2 SO4. The superior grade product,98% concentrated sulphuric acid,can be obtained by the pyrolysis process to remove water,the organic matters,and solids impurities.
