介绍了铜冶炼烟气制酸生产过程中的各类型仪表的选型、安装和维护。通过对运行中仪表设备所出现问题的分析研究以及反复实践,改进了传统仪表设备使用的缺陷,以达到节省开支、降低维修成本、减少工作强度的目的。

This paper introduces the selection,installation and maintenance of all kinds of instruments in the copper smelting sulphuric acid production. Through the analysis of the problems occurred in the operation of the instrumentation,trouble shooting and the repeated practice,the application defects of the traditional instrumentation and equipment have been fixed to save the operating and maintenance cost and reduce the work load.
