介绍了硫酸尾气脱硫系统的烟气变化情况,根据实际烟气条件所采取的工艺流程及设备配置、正常运行及停工后再开工条件下的运行数据。采用石灰法尾气脱硫系统,尾气中SO_2的排放数值可远低于200 mg/m^3的特殊排放限值要求,即便在硫酸装置停工后再开工,也完全可以将排空SO_2控制在100 mg/m^3以内。

The variation of sulphuric acid flue gas desulphurization system is introduced. The process,equipment configuration,normal working conditions,and operating data for restart-up after shutdown are selected based on the actual flue gas conditions. The lime-based method for flue gas desulphurization can meet the emission requirement,The concentration of SO_2 in the emitted gas is much lower than the emission standard,200 mg/m^3. Even the sulphuric acid plant is restarted after the shutdown,the concentration of SO_2 in the emitted gas can still be controlled within 100 mg/m^3.
