伴随着我国发展步入新常态,经济绿色化程度日趋加强,目前环境污染日益严重,节能减排刻不容缓,资源型企业发展面临着科技水平落后、人力资源匮乏、产业结构单一、资金短缺等困境,提出绿色创新及发展路径的具体措施,希望能帮助资源型企业健康、持续、稳步地发展。

Along with our country economic development into the new normal,increasingly strengthen greening degree,the increasingly serious environmental pollution,energy conservation and emission reduction is imperative,resource-based enterprises are faced with the level of science and technology development lag behind,the lack of human resources,single industrial structure,shortage of funds,such as difficulties,put forward specific measures of green innovation and development path,hoping to help the resource-based enterprises healthy,sustained and steady development.
