Preliminary Study on the Practice Teaching Reform of Innovative Industrial Engineering based on the Angle of“Large-scale Engineering”

实践教学是实现创新型工业工程人才培养的重要组成部分。基于"大工程观"教育理论,以创新型工业工程人才培养为实践教学改革目标,在分析工业工程专业实践教学环节主要问题基础上,从创新观念塑造、教学内容丰富、教学方式改革、师资队伍建设、过程监控、"软"能力培养、考核方法创新等方面对工业工程专业实践教学改革进行初步探讨,以期提高工业工程专业实践教学质量,提升工业工程学生工程实践能力和创新创业能力。

Practical teaching is an important teaching part to realize the innovation talent training of Industrial engineering undergraduates.According to"Large-scale Engineering"educational Theoryand the goal of practice teaching reform is to innovative industrial engineering talents,the paper discusses the practical teachingreformation forindustrial engineering from forming Innovative concept,enriching the content of practice teaching,teaching methods reform,building teaching staff,process monitoring,softability training,innovation of assessment methods and other angles based on the analysis of main problems in the process of practical teaching for industrial engineering,which aim to raise the practical teaching quality of Industrial Engineeringand improve engineering practical ability and innovation ability of Industrial Engineering.
