农村电子商务发展的人才瓶颈与对策——以张家界为例

The Talent Bottleneck and Countermeasure of the Development of Rural E-commerce in Zhangjiajie

农村电子商务的快速发展为实现农业发展与农民增收致富提供了新途径。当前,我国农村电子商务行业的人才匮乏,严重制约了农村电子商务的发展繁荣。湖南张家界农村电子商务行业的人才瓶颈问题尤其严重。通过对张家界农村电子商务行业人才队伍短缺现状及成因分析,提出了相应的意见与建议。

The rapid development of rural e-commerce provides a new way to realize agricultural development and increase the income of farmers.At present,the shortage of talents in the rural e-commerce industry seriously restricts the development and prosperity of rural e-commerce.Located in the west of hunan province,the rural ecommerce industry in zhangjiajie has a severe talent bottleneck.This paper analyzes the shortage of talents in the rural e-commerce industry in zhangjiajie,and puts forward some resolving suggestions.
