女大学生在求职过程中存在着各种矛盾的心理,这些矛盾心理的存在,阻碍了她们用正确的心态去获得适合自己的工作。通过分析新形势下女大学生的就业心理压力产生的原因,研究解决女大学生就业心理问题的有效途径,提高女大学生的就业竞争力。

There are all kinds of contradictory psychology in the process of job hunting for female college students,which hinders them from using the correct mentality to get their own work.Through the analysis of the new situation maid the causes of college students' employment psychological pressure,this paper studies the effective ways to solve the psychological problems of female college students' employment and improves their employment competitiveness.
