摘要 适宜性评价对于应急避难场所规划和建设十分重要,提出了一种基于熵值权重与灰色关联分析的城市避难场所适宜性评价方法。选取避难所可容纳人口数、与医院最近距离、与派出所最近距离、与道路最近距离和与隐患点最近距离5个指标,运用GIS分析方法和两步移动搜索法对指标进行计算,再运用熵值法确定指标的权重,进一步采用灰色关联分析法对避难所进行综合适宜性评价。以深圳市龙岗区79处避难所为例进行适宜性评价分析,分析结果可用于指导城市避难场所的规划和建设。 Suitability evaluation is very important for the planning and construction of emergency shelters. In this paper, a method for evaluating the suitability of urban shelters based on entropy weight and gray relational analysis is proposed. Selecting five indicators which are the number of shelters to accommodate the population, the nearest distance to hospital, the nearest dis-tance between police station, the nearest distance to the road and the nearest distance between the hidden danger points . Using the GIS analysis method and the two step mobile search method to calculate the suitability evaluation index. The entropy method was used to determine the weight of the index, and the gray correlation analysis was used to evaluate the comprehensive suitability of the shelter. Taking 79 shelters in Longgang District of Shenzhen city as examples, the gray correlation analysis method and en-tropy method are used to evaluate and analyze the results. The results can guide the planning and construction of urban shelters.
