摘要
利用ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件,建立集适张应力场和振动模态分析于一体的圆锯片柱面多区域塑性加压适张过程的弹塑性仿真模型,分析圆锯片的适张效果,并利用X射线应力检测仪,实测圆锯片柱面多区域塑性加压后内部的适张应力场。结果表明:理论分析与实测适张应力场分布趋势近似,圆锯片外缘区域生成的切向拉应力超过100 MPa,证明了圆锯片柱面多区域塑性加压的可行性,并为加压工艺的优化提供理论依据。
An elastic-plastic simulation model for multi-zone plastic compression of a cylindrical surface was built based on ABAQUS nonlinear finite element analysis software in order to analyze both stress field tensioning and the vibration mode of circular saw blades. Simulated stress field tensioning was in good consistence with experimental results obtained by an X ray stress meter. Theoretical analysis and measured tangential stresses in the outer edge of the saw blade all exceeded 100 MPa. Multi-zone plastic compression was proved to be feasible and the simulation model provided a theoretical basis for optimizing pressing processes.
