摘要
为改善大豆胶制备刨花板的施胶效果及提高热压效率,用改性聚酰胺交联改性大豆胶,并通过液化大豆蛋白、控制脱脂豆粉、添加固化剂等措施,制备大豆胶刨花板,得到优化的刨花板生产线用大豆胶配方为,MPA:脱脂豆粉:固化剂=100:28:4~6,一次施胶工艺;在185℃、250 s的热压条件下,制备的15.5 mm厚试板满足GB/T4897-2015中P7型环保刨花板的要求(潮湿状态下使用的承载型刨花板,且耐受2 h沸水煮)。
A soybean adhesive modified with polyamide (MPA) was developed to make P7 type particleboard. In the same time, liquefied soybean protein, defatted soybean flour and curing agent were all added to improve adhesive spreading and hot-pressing efficiency. The optimal manufacturing parameters were as follows: MPA solution : soybean flour : curing agent = 100 : 28 : 4-6. The manufacturing parameters with 185℃ hot pressing for 2 50 s were successfully applied in a particleboard production line. Testing results of the 15.5 mm thick particleboards under 2 h water boiling showed that the properties of the particleboard could meet the specifications of P7 type according to Standard GB/T 4897-2015.
