面对跨文化和全球化竞争的冲击,人力资本成为国际竞争的核心条件,各国政府和教育部门逐将高等教育国际化发展视为重要的教育研究议题。因此,投入各种资源,精心研制发展规划,整合优势资源,注重点面突破,着力推动本国高等教育向国际化发展,以期培育出具备国际视野、专长与全能相结合的复合式优质人才。基于当前我国高等教育国际化发展现状,归纳高等教育国际化发展的影响要素,在此基础上对我国高等教育国际化发展策略提出建议。

Under this trend, the development of higher education internationalization has become an important issue for governments. So readily into a variety of resources, scheme, construction actively promote the internationalization of education, to cultivate issued by the international view, global competitiveness of high-quality talent. This article mainly analyzes the current status of development of higher education internationalization, and sort out the evaluation index system of higher education internationalization development, based on the study of the development of higher education internationalization strategy.
