摘要
2016年9月,核心素养研究小组正式发布中国学生核心素养的框架和模型,标志着我国学生核心素养的内涵指标正式出台。这一重要举措将牵动着未来中国教育的深入改革。然而业界却对如何落地核心素养,形成具有中国特色的核心素养落实途径没有形成统一的共识。当前,核心素养的研究已经逐渐成为世界教育改革和发展的主题,在此背景下,各国(地区)纷纷建立起自己的核心素养框架和模型。对这些国家(地区)先进经验的学习和对比,不仅可以帮助我们更好地理解当前核心素养出台的背景、发展的趋势、指标的内涵等,同时也能帮助我们探索具有中国特色核心素养的落实途径,形成核心素养的中国表达和中国声音。
In September 2016, the research team released the framework and model of key competences of Chinese students, which marked the formal introduction of the connotation index of the core competences of our students.This important initiative will affect the future of China's education in-depth reform. The future of China's education reform will not be able to bypass the core issue of this important issue.However, how to implement the key competences with Chinese characteristics do not form a consensus and some of the connotation of the expression is still controversial.The learning and comparison of advanced experiences in these countries(regions,does not only can help us to better understand the background of the current, the development trend, the connotation of indicators, but also helps us to explore the way to implement way with Chinese characteristics and form the Chinese expression and Chinese voice.
