对当前我国独立学院转型发展的思考

Thinking on the transformation and development of Independent Colleges

国家教育部等上级管理部门积极引导独立学院转型,但当前独立学院转型还面临着教育思想观念约束、对母体学校依赖度高、自身基础薄弱、政策公平对待等问题。借鉴欧洲部分国家应用技术型大学的发展经验,从办学定位、专业设置、课程建设、师资培养、实践教学等五个方面着力,或可促进独立学院向应用技术型大学转型。

Despite the requirement of transition of Independent College from the national ministry of education,there are some pending problems,ranging from educational view restaint,high dependability on parent university,weak foundation,to unfair policy support,to name just a few.Based on the development experience of Universities of Applied Sciences in some European countries,this article probes into the following five aspects,including orientation of school running,specialty setup,curriculum construction,teacher training,pactical teaching,in an effort to transition Independent College to University of Applied Sciences.
