A Brief Discussion on the Measurement Accuracy Status and Solutions of ANFO Mixed Vehicle

铵油炸药现场混装车具有安全性高、装药效率高、成本低、环保、作业人员少等优点,广泛应用于露天矿开采,但计量系统的精度是影响炸药质量和爆破效果的关键因素。本文阐述了铵油炸药现场混装车计量系统的现状,对影响铵油炸药现场混装车计量精度的因素进行了分析探讨,提出了解决途径。

There are advantages of high safety, high loading efficiency, low cost, low environmental protection and low operating personnel, widely used in open-pit mining. But the accuracy of measurement system is the key factor to influence the quality of explosive and the blasting effect. In this paper, described the current situation of the metering system of mixed vehicle for ANFO, analyzed the factors that influence the measurement accuracy of the mixed loading vehicle of ANFO.
