Target and Route of Campus Culture Building at Universities on the Education Quality Improvement

高校校园文化建设的不尽合理,已经在相当程度上影响了高校办学质量的提升。管理文化失当、教师文化"矮化"、育人文化过于功利化及创新文化活力不足,已成为制约许多高校提高人才培养水平、提升办学质量的瓶颈。在此形势下,以建构新型高校管理文化、教师文化、育人文化及培植创新文化为主轴,借以优化高校内部系统的结构和功能,增进高校内部各办学要素之间的耦合度,推动高校在探索特色办学和文化立校中实现转型发展,无疑是现阶段有效激活高校发展内生动力,切实提升高校校园文化环境育人成效,进而助推高校办学质量有效提升的可行路径。

The unsatisfactory construction of the campus cultural has brought about a negative effect on the education quality of university. Improper administrative culture,dwarfed teacher＇s culture,utilitarian education culture and inertia creation culture-all these have become the bottleneck of the improvement of education quality and school running quality at many colleges and universities. Therefore rebuilding colleges and universities＇ administrative culture,teacher＇s culture,education culture and innovative culture can optimize the universities＇ inner structure and function,enhance the coefficient coupling of its resources,promote the education quality solidly,and motivate the growth of colleges and universities with their own characteristics and distinctive campus culture. In this way,the university campus culture atmosphere can be improved effectively,the development based on endogenous dynamics can be activated effectively,and the quality of education at colleges and universities will be efficiently improved.
