摘要 建立了制冷系统含油率对R290空调系统性能影响的测试实验平台,分析了润滑油的混入对R290空调器的制冷量、功耗、EER和换热器产生的影响及机理。实验结果表明:少量的润滑油对制冷系统的制冷效果是有利的,含油率过大会导致制冷能力降低,整机功耗增高,能效比降低;存着一个最佳的含油率0.6%,对应系统的整体性能最高;相对于冷凝器,蒸发器的性能受润滑油的影响较大,对压降的影响更为明显。 The testing platform on lubricating oil influence of the performance in R290 air conditioning was established, the lubricating oil influence and mechanism of the cooling capacity, power consumption, EER and heat exchanger in R290 air conditioning was analyzed. Experimental results show that a small amount of lubricating oil in the R290 refrigeration system is favorable, the more oil length in the R290 refrigeration system, the less cooling capacity and EER, the more power consumption. The overall performance in R290 air conditioning is the highest with the optimum oil length of 0.6%. Corresponding to the condenser, the performance of the evaporator is easier influenced by the lubricating oil, especially the effect on the pressure drop is more obvious.
