Energy Consumption Analysis of Composite Functional Public Building

大型公共建筑用能是当前建筑节能研究的重点,同时由于公共建筑能耗构成复杂,对于其能耗的控制是节能的难点。然而不同类型建筑的能耗结构和用能特点各有不同,因此掌握不同类型公共建筑用能特点是建筑节能工作的关键。本文以长三角地区某兼具酒店及办公功能的大型公共建筑为例,对该建筑能耗构成及特点进行分析并与普通办公建筑进行对比,取得了该建筑用能结构及用能特征,为此类型公共建筑的节能分析提出了理论依据。

Nowadays, the emphasis of the building energy saving is put on large - scale public building. Meanwhile, because of its complicated energy consumption structure it is difficult to control its energy consumption. However, the energy consumption structures and energy characteristics are different from building to buildings. Therefore, it is the key point to reduce the energy consumption by grasping the energy characteristics of different buildings. This paper investigated the energy consumption data of a composite functional building with office and hotel area. The energy consumption construct was analyzed then it was compared with an office building. The energy consumption structures and energy characteristics are concluded. It is a theory basis for the energy saving research on this kind of building.
