摘要
为探讨各种卷烟材料参数对主流烟气中焦油释放量的影响规律,采用数学建模方法,运用效应分析和相关分析对卷烟材料中卷烟纸透气度(X_1)、接装纸透气度(X_2)、成型纸透气度(X_3)、复合滤嘴前端丝束规格(X_4)、复合滤嘴嘴端丝束规格(X_5)、添加剂A用量(X_6)、添加剂B用量(X_7)7个参数对主流烟气焦油释放量的影响进行了研究.研究表明:(1)7种卷烟材料参数对主流烟气中焦油释放量的影响程度的由大到小顺序为X_4>X_2>X_5>X_3>X_1>X_7>X_6;(2)双因素交互作用比较明显的有:X_1与X_5,X_1与X_6,X_2与X_3,X_2与X_5,X_3与X_4,X_3与X_7,X_5与X_7;(3)除对主流烟气焦油释放量影响较大的X_2,X_4以外,其他5个卷烟材料参数对主流烟气焦油释放量变化速率的影响由快到慢依次为X_5>X_6>X_1>X_3>X_7.
In order to discuss the influence patterns of cigarette material parameters on tar delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke,mathematical modeling,effect analysis and correlation analysis have been utilized to investigate the influence of seven cigarette material parameters on tar delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke,including cigarette paper permeability(X1),tipping paper permeability(X2),plug wrapper permeability(X3),specification of tow in combined filter at tobacco end(X4),specification of tow in combined filter at mouth end(X5),dosage of additive agent A(X6),dosage of additive agent B(X7).The result indicates that,1)The sequential order of the seven parameters of their effects on tar delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke was X4〉X2〉X5〉X3〉X1〉X7〉X6;2)X1 and X5,X1 and X6,X2 and X3,X2 and X5,X3 and X4,X3 and X7,X5 and X7 presented relatively obvious interaction between two factors;3)Except for the most significant factors X2,X4 which had greater impact on tar delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke,the change rate of the effect of other five material parameters on tar delivery in mainstream cigarette smoke was X5〉X6〉X1〉X3〉X7.
