摘要
针对焦化废水深度处理与再生回用的技术难题,以某公司焦化废水深度处理组合技术为研究对象,优化了生物处理技术和工艺,确定了核心处理设备的最佳工艺参数,研究了处理后出水用作锅炉补充水的可行性并分析了其经济性.工程实践证明,废水中NH3-N、酚、悬浮物、硫化物等总脱除率均超过99%,CODcr脱除率超过98%,能有效处理焦化废水,出水水质达到锅炉用水质量标准,实现了废水回用的目的.
In view of advanced treatment and reuse of coking wastewater,advanced treatment combining technology of coking wastewater from a coke-oven plant was studied.Bacteria treatment technology and process was optimized and the optimum parameter was attained.Meanwhile,feasibility and economy of the effluent as boiler make-up water were analyzed.According to the engineering practice,the rate of removal of NH3-N,volatile phenol,suspended matter and sulfide in wastewater was more than 99%,and that of CODcr was better than 98%.The effluent quality reaches the standard of boiler water quality,thus the purpose of reuse was achieved.
