摘要
本文以担当者机构为个案,分析在社会公益机构中关系信任与制度信任的共存和转化问题。采用个案法、参与观察法、深度访谈法、文献法等研究方法。本文发现关系信任在社会机构的建立和运转过程中起到重要作用。组织制度的建设需要突出公益的价值理念和信息公开的原则。"公正、平等、互助"等价值理念是维系公益组织信任的基础。在项目的运转中,需要建立统一、标准、规范化的流程,显示出"制度"比"关系"更加高效率、高质量。公益组织需要建立开放、扁平、网络状的组织结构,这是制度信任的保障。最后通过组织内信任的纵向沉淀和组织外信任孕育了社会普遍信任。
Based on Dandangzhe Institution,this paper studies the relational-trust and institutional-trust in non-governmental public welfare organizations. Relational-trust play an important role in the establishment and operation of the institutions. It does this by drawing upon interviews,observations and an analysis of multiple texts. Institutional trust need to set up the system of standardization and normalization. We establish the value idea of organization and internalize personal values、behavior norms. So they can voluntarily abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution. We establish a parallel relationship within the organization,and share the value norm.. Finally,we vertically and horizontally spread Institutional trust,then give birth to the social common trust.
