In the face of the new economic environment brought about by " Internet + ",how to establish risk concept,identify risk,assess risk and control risk is very important for new enterprise's management to improve their efficiency and maintain competitiveness in the industry. This paper starts from risk segmentation perspective of new enterprises,which divides into industry risk,policy risk,intellectual property risk,network security risk,management risk,financial risk,credit risk,technology risk and human resource risk.Then explores the method to identify and prevent risks,contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of new enterprises.
