大数据在杀人案件侦查中的运用日益增多,且效果十分明显。大数据在杀人案件中的运用形式,即作为线索之运用,作为证据材料之运用;大数据在杀人案件中的运用方法,即数据搜索、数据碰撞、数据挖掘、数据画像;大数据在杀人案件中的运用基础,即运用的理论基础,运用的物质基础。为了规范大数据的运用,必须总结大数据在犯罪侦查中运用的经验教训,通过立法明确规定大数据在犯罪侦查中的运用程序和运用过程中对相关人员基本权利和其他权利的保护。

There is an increasingly higher frequency in application of big datas in investigation of homicide cases, contributing to significant effects. An elaboration is made of application forms, application methods and application basis of big datas in investigation of homicide case. Finally,a conclussion is made that the standardized application of big datas calls for our efforts to sum up experiences,explicitly stipulate application procedures of big datas in criminal investigations through legislation and protect the related staff＇s basic rights and other rights.
