摘要
研究某型LNG船机舱通风系统原理,根据详细设计提供的功率参数,运用极限升温法,算出整个机舱维持满负荷工作所需的总通风量,确定适合的机舱通风以及分配方式;根据机舱通风管路原理图,运用三维干涉检查法,设计机舱通风系统管路三维物理模型,验证风管的布局合理性,为风管生产设计提供模型依据。
The principle of ventilation system in the engine room on a LNG ship is researched.According to the power parameters provided by the detailed design,the total ventilation rate of the whole engine room which can maintain the demand for full load work by the limit speed temperature control,the suitable ventilation and distribution mode of engine room are determined.According to the schematic diagram of vent line,the 3 Dphysical model of vent line of the engine room is designed by 3 Dinterference inspection,which verifies the rationalization of the layout of the vent line and provides the basis of production design for vent pipes.
