摘要
采用室内控制实验研究了蓝白龙胆种子萌发对种子贮藏时间、萌发温度、土壤水分、光照强度、土层厚度的响应.结果显示:贮藏时间、萌发温度、土壤水分、光照强度和土层厚度均影响种子萌发.(1)种子成熟后0~30 d萌发率最高,之后随贮藏时间增加其萌发率开始下降,180 d后萌发率不足3%;(2)种子萌发温度幅较宽,10~30℃均能使其萌发;(3)随土壤含水量的增加,种子萌发率呈现先增加后降低的趋势,20%~25%土壤含水量是种子萌发的最佳湿度;(4)光照促进种子萌发,但黑暗抑制其萌发;(5)随土层厚度的增加,萌发率显著降低.实验结果说明蓝白龙胆种子萌发受许多因素影响,是长期适应生境的结果.
Laboratory experiments were conducted to examine how variation in seed storage time,germination temperature,soil moisture,illumination intensity,and soil thickness impacted seed germination in the Tibetan annual herb( Gentiana leucomelaena).The results demonstrated that seed germination rate determined by seed storage time,germination temperature,soil moisture,illumination intensity and soil thickness.( 1) The germination rate of the seed was highest at 0~30 d,and then with the increase of seed storage time,seed germination rate declined dramatically and was no more than 3% after 180 d.( 2) The germination temperature range of G.leucomelaena was very wide ranged from 10~30℃.( 3) With the increase of soil moisture content,seed germination rate showed a tendency of increasing firstly and then decreasing,soil moisture content with20% ~25% was the optimum humidity of seed germination.( 4) Light promoted germination,but darkness inhibited its germination( 5) With the increase of soil thickness,germination rate decreased significantly.The results showed that many factors drove variation in seed germination of G.leucomelaena,which was the result of longterm adaptation to habitat.
